1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with MediaGenie Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

Outside the 14-day window we don't offer pro-rated refunds, but you can cancel at any time and keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, accidental renewal, service outage — email info@geniesuite.pro and we'll put it right.
