Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your MediaGenie Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. We want you to use MediaGenie because you love it — not because you forgot to cancel.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds for MediaGenie are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Email us at info@geniesuite.pro and we'll help arrange it with Paddle.
3. After the 14 days
Outside the 14-day window we don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or years, but you can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
4. Exceptional circumstances
If something has genuinely gone wrong — a service outage, a duplicate charge, an accidental renewal — please reach out to info@geniesuite.pro and we'll work with Paddle to put it right, even outside the standard refund window.
